Distribution of Development Funds to Schools-December 2018

Hon.Brighton Leonard Yegon on the journey to realize quality education in the constituency, he is working hard to improve infrastructure and facilities in schools, between 13th and 15th December 2018 he visited a number of schools in the constituency in order to have first hand information on existing infrastructure and gather facts which will be used to make informed allocations going to the future. He also issued cheques to a number of schools as per the requests during January 2018 public participation. These are the schools:
15/12/2018 (KIMULOT WARD)
1) Kapkilaibei primary… 2million for completion of storey building which had stalled for more than 10 years
2) Chepwongo primary.. 1.7million part payment for construction of 1 storey 4 classrooms.
3) Kibomuit primary.. 300k for toilets
4) Chepchirik primary.. 200k for toilets
5) Kapset primary …. 400k Class completion
6) Mugenyi day sec. .. 400k class construction
7) kibitkoi primary.. 400k class construction
8) Bek ab Arwet primary.. 200k toilets
9) Chebangang primary.. 200k for toilets
10) Kapkeronjo primary .. 400k class construction

14/12/2018 ( MOGOGOSIEK WARD & BOITO WARD)
1) Rerendet primary.. 700k for class construction & completion
2) Chemaan primary … 400k toilets both gender

13/12/2018 (EMBOMOS WARD)
1) Lobokwo primary .. 1.9 million Part payment for construction of 1 storey 4 classrooms + 400k for purchase of land.
2) Konoitab nego primary .. 1.9 million part payment for construction of 1 storey 4 classrooms
3) Kobor primary .. 200k for completion of class
4) Siomo Primary .. 200k for completion of Administration block
5) Kirimose sec… completion of teachers quarters
6) Sotit sec … 200k for bus debt
7) Kitala primary … 200k toilets
8) Bosto primary … 200k toilets
9) Konoitab Tegat primary.. 200k emergency for temporary classrooms

N/B some schools were in pathetic situation, others without basic facilities like hygiene friendly toilets. Let us develop our Konoin together.
